			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the best confectionery masters in Japan, Mr. Shoji Nishizawa, who comes from Shiga, Japan, will demonstrate confectionery making. Participants will learn how confectionery is made and how it is traditionally enjoyed as they sample these treats and drink authentic Japanese tea.</p>
<p>The event will be free of charge and held twice&#8211;on May 13th in East Lansing and on May 16th in Novi.
