The Detroit Institute of Arts is celebrating Girl’s Day (Hina Matsuri) on Sunda, March 6th from 1:00-4:00PM. Demonstrations of furoshiki-wrapping, obi-tying, ikebana (flower arranging), and tea ceremony will be performed. Hina-ningyo (festival dolls) will also be on display.
